Farewell to Summer Giveaway

Its my favorite time of year... goodbye hot summer weather and hello crisp, cool fall! The anticipation  of pumpkin pies, earth toned colors and the listing of Christmas gifts brings a smile to my face. To celebrate, I came up with the "Farewell to Summer Giveaway".

I wanted to share my excitement and thank my loyal customers -- and to my future customers, I would like to thank you in advance. So okay, now on to the most important part, the prizes.

You could be one of (5) winners to receive a $50 gift certificate at Modern Philosophy Jewelry.  For those of you who are unfamiliar with who we are and what we do, MP Jewelry offers handmade jewelry to balance the heart, mind and soul. Each piece is made with the intention to heal, promote positive energy and of course help you to express your own individual style! They have become quite popular amongst both men and women giving the affect of wearing multiple bracelets without having to put each one of them on.


Official Rules:

1. This competition is offered by Modern Philosophy Jewelry and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 16 years of age.
2. The giveaway will  begin at 12am ET on October 1, 2010 and end at 12am ET on October 11, 2010.
3. Five prizes will be available. Winners will be chosen at random from the MODRNPHILOSOPHY Twitter account on October 11th. Winners will be posted so be sure to follow us.
4. The prizes are $50 credit gift certificates towards any item at our online boutique. Winners will be given    special instructions on how to claim their prize.
5. To enter the competition you must send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include #MODRNPHILOSOPHY in your message. The rest of your message is up to you. Also you are welcome to retweet our giveaway launch tweet and url. You do not have to be a customer of ModernPhilosophy Jewelry therefore no purchase is necessary.
6. You can tweet as many times as you like but please note that automated tweets will be disqualified.
7.  Winners will be chosen randomly via twitrand. Please don't over tweet to increase your changes...we don't want you to be mistakenly suspended or filtered out of the contest.
8. Entrants found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.
9. We claim no liability for any technical failures of any kinds, including but not limited to malfunctions,    interruptions or disconnections in phone lines, networks, hardware or software; technical or human errorwhich may occur in the administration of the competition; any  customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes once sent to the winners.
